Maple Yogurt Smoothie

Bananas are used in this recipe. You can also add or substitute in seasonal berries such as strawberries and/or blueberries.


  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 2 crushed ice cubes


  1. Place all of the above ingredients in a blender. And blend until smooth.
