Maple Yogurt Smoothie
Bananas are used in this recipe. You can also add or substitute in seasonal berries such as strawberries and/or blueberries.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 banana, peeled
- 2 crushed ice cubes
Instructions
- Place all of the above ingredients in a blender. And blend until smooth.
