- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Applesauce
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tbs Sugar
- 3 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Tbs Wheat Germ (Optional)
Instructions
- Beat egg; beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth.
- Pour about 3 tablespoons of batter onto hot griddle.
- This recipe easily doubles for a large batch.
