These freeze very well – great quick kids breakfast.After baking, cool waffles, wrap and freeze. Take frozen waffles directly from freezer and heat in toaster or toaster oven.
We have a modern sugarhouse, and use plastic tubing for sap collection, yet we boil with a traditional wood burning evaporator. For nostalgic reasons we have traditional buckets hung on the trees around the Sugarhouse.
